Breaded Pork Schnitzel – Řízek


Ingredients:

Serves: 4
Prep: 15 minutes
Fry: 25 minutes (less if using fryer or large pan to fit all 4 schnitzels)
Total time: 40 minutes

4 pork chops
salt
½ cup all purpose flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
oil for frying

  2. I have Celiac disease so I am going to try it with gluten free bread crumbs. We always ate this with potato salad for Christmas and then use the left over potato salad for the New Year’s sandwiches. Let’s see how it goes!

    1. I am making my own breadcrumbs, which are super easy and taste the best. I do have a recipe on this site as well. But regular plain breadcrumbs should work well.
