This is so easy and looks delicious! Guess what were all going to eat tomorrow?
In fact I think I’ll boil the lentils now and leave them in the pot overnight. Then I can heat them up tomorrow, roast the onion and make a quick supper. Thanks for making my life easy this week!
Love all your recipes! Generally when I cook I always alter the seasonings to my taste. I have NEVER had to do that with any of your recipes. Your seasoning is spot on every time.

Aww thank you Karen! I am so happy to hear that! :) I hope the lentils turned out great and you enjoyed it. Yes it is super easy recipe. :)
Yes, they did turn out great! My husband really enjoyed them. His father was from Morovia (don’t know if I spelled that correctly),. He use to make lentil soup quite a bit, but never lentils this way. Very Yummy!
Take Care,
Karen
I am glad to hear that! Moravia ;) You were close.
Dear Kristýna, please can you tell me which type of oil you recommend for the lentils? Thanks so much for sharing!
Warmly, Pavel born Hrdly, just south of Litoměřice but now in Canada since 1969.
Dear Pavel, I would recommend olive oil or sunflower seed oil. Greetings to Canada.
